The congress language is Turkish and English.
Registration and information desks will be available during the congress from 08:00 to 19:00.
Participants who have completed their registration will receive a registration confirmation letter upon request. This letter aims to assist participants in obtaining permission from their respective institutions and does not provide any financial support to the participant.
All participants are required to wear their name badges during entry to the meeting venue, scientific sessions, exhibition areas, poster areas, and other social programs for the smooth operation and security of the event.
A participation certificate will be provided to all registered participants at the end of the congress.
Abstracts should be submitted online using the ABSTRACT SYSTEM on the congress website. Since abstracts will be printed as submitted, attention should be paid to any spelling errors.
